CrewComply is in a founder pilot. There is not yet a staffed public support inbox or guaranteed response time.
Get unstuck
- Check the service-health endpoint before retrying.
- Sign out and back in if a private page stops loading.
- Keep the original document until an export is verified.
- If you joined through founder outreach, reply in that same channel with the page, time, and error text. Never send a password or API key.
Current pilot scope
The pilot is focused on landscaping and lawn-care teams: roster, training-document status, 30-day expiry warnings, status CSV export, SDS inventory, and heat-safety records.
Account and billing safety
Public accounts and billing are closed. The pilot request opens your email app and sends nothing until you press Send. Do not include passwords, payment-card data, or employee records.
