Founder-pilot terms
Use CrewComply only if these early-stage limits fit your workflow.
Pilot service
CrewComply is an early-stage record-keeping service. Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn. There is no uptime, support-response, data-recovery, or regulatory-compliance guarantee in the founder pilot.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of records, access granted to teammates, required backups, actual workplace practices, and verification of current legal or contractual requirements. CrewComply is not legal, medical, or safety advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe another company's data, upload malicious or unlawful material, share credentials, or use the app as the only copy of a required record.
Accounts and exports
Keep account credentials secure and review every export before relying on it. Status labels are calculated from the dates entered; a missing or incorrect date produces a missing or incorrect status.
Pricing and payment
The founder pilot starts free without a card. Published plan prices are informational until you explicitly enter a checkout flow. If paid billing is enabled, the checkout terms and displayed amount control that transaction.
Warranty and liability limits
The pilot is provided as available and without implied guarantees to the extent permitted by applicable law. Do not rely on it for emergency response or as a substitute for professional review.
